This ambient microphone is very small size and is therefore recommended when installing the microphone in small boxes. In CCTV systems, microphones are very often mounted in small spaces, such as in a switch box or in the junction box under the cameras. In all these situations this microphone is the best choice because its cigarette shape get close to the external surface taking up very little room in the box.
This microphone has excellent sensitivity that effectively covers a medium size room.
